Exceptional Achievement
This is an undergoing interior design consultation and decoration project of a villa in Comporta. An exciting project where we’ll be mixing organic materials, rustic furniture and smooth fabrics in direct contrast with a clean line, modern feel architecture.
FAMILY HOME IN MURCHES - PT
Refurbishment
This was a complete refurbishment of a family house. The breefing was to create a very neutral yet confortable ambience, translated by the color palette and the organic materials chosen.
NOMADE MELIDES ECOLODGE - PT
Refurbishment and interior design
The client bought this amazing rural ecolodge in Melides and all the five 1 bedroom apartments, reception, breakfast area, kitchen, and exteriors were refurbished and redecorated using rustic and typical portuguese materials and fabrics.

The client bought an old house for a total refurbishment. A challeging project due to the 400+ sqm of the house. Blending the old and the modern along with a sense of confort was the briefing.

Despite my degree in communication, interior design has always been a part of my life particularly in the family business where I´ve worked for 10 years. After designing and building my own house, I’ve decided to develop my technical skills which lead me to open this business, that along with a lot of dedication and work, has grown in to a solid company.

Partner & Architect
With my professional training in architecture, I have always been very curious about combining architecture with decoration. I had the opportunity to work in two renowned studios in the world of interior design. With this experience I gained the desire to move on to a more challenging personal project and Design Matters was born.
